Anchan Villas is the brand of Pearl Island Property, building single-storey tropical pool villas in Phuket since Anchan Villas I in 2007. Founder and managing director Preechapol Sae-tiw has kept one architectural family across fifteen projects — timber-shingle roofs, white walls, a sala at every pool — most of them in Cherngtalay and Pru Jampa.
