01What does a villa at Anchan Indigo cost?
Indigo I starts from THB 27M for the 3A-1 and from THB 30M for the 3A-3. We send the villas open today with the price of each in writing.
02How do I pay?
2 % to reserve, 28 % at the contract within 30 days, 15 % each at foundation, structure, walls and roof, tiles and interior, and 10 % at transfer. For a THB 27M villa that is THB 540,000 today.
03When will the villas be ready?
There is no handover date yet. Indigo has been under construction since at least October 2024, and your stage payments follow the construction of your own villa; we tell you the stage of your plot before you reserve.
04Can a foreigner own a villa here?
Yes: the villa is yours with the land on a 30 × 3 leasehold, or the plot is held freehold through a Thai company.
